Does anyone know how to turn down the volume of an alarm or timer that you have set on a HomePod?
Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)
I'm pretty sure the volume of the alarm is a function of the current volume of the device, but I'm not at home to check. Test by setting the HomePod to different volumes and asking for a 1 minute timer.

Thanks turingtest2. I have tried several times to test it after I've turned the volume down very low and it still blasts at about 50% when the alarm or timer goes off. Still using my Amazon Echo as an alarm in the morning to avoid the inevitable heart attack until Apple can update the software. Right now I'm just using my HomePods as an excellent sound system for music throughout the house. As a smart device it seems to have a way to go to catch up with some of the others.
