Safari Tab Jump Issue

Hey guys !

I am having a bit of an issue. On my MacBook Pro , when in Safari , I can click the tab key on my keyboard and in the photo below the attention ( for lack of better terminology ) of the browser will jump from the notes section where I am typing to the create button , then I can press enter and the note will save. However on my iMac when I hit tab the focus of the browser jumps from the note box up to the address bar. Same version OS , same version Safari , not sure what setting I need to change ? Any ideas would be GREATLY appreciated !!
