There are no tools to edit a memory on a Mac. See: View memories in Photos on Mac - Apple Support

If you want to edit a memory, that has been created for you by Photos, use it to create a new memory from it and delete the automatically created memory.

  • Open the memory and select all photos with ⌘A.
  • Then create an album from the selection with ⌘N
  • Edit the album by removing photos and adding missing photos to the album.
  • When Finished, click "View as Memory" and add add this new memory to the Memories.
