Belkin Screen Protector Replacement

When Belkin asks how your screen protector broke do NOT say you dropped it. Say your keys fell on it, or it broke while being installed. They have bungled my warranty replacement twice now (by assuring me it would be shipped, that I would get tracking in 24-48 hours, and nothing happened. Twice.) but I did learn that they will not replace a screen protector that was on a phone that was dropped. I wish Apple would find a better vendor for screen protectors.

screen protector replacement i need to have my screen protector replaced at the apple store by their machine. I do have a replacement that was sent to me. Is there anther place that is open to do this, or is there a way to get appointment with apple stores in austin?
