Impossibile to format HDD 12TB

Hi all.

I have a HDD 12 TB from Seagate (IronWolf). This disk come from a NAS.

I have attached the disk to the Mac with a USB case: macOS Mojave ask me to format it (because NAS use Ext4 filesystem) and Disk Utility can format it but at the end I have a 1TB volume.

I have tried to format it in various way: with HFS+, APFS, ExFAT and FAT32, same result: macOS can see only the 1 TB HDD.

Insert in a NAS; capacity come again to 12TB, back to Mac again I can see only 1TB.

Anyone can help me to format it on 12TB so I can use All space?
