Ipad is Disabled

My Ipad Pro 12.9 is reading .... Ipad is disabled. Connect to Itunes. I did so, and to no avail. still not working. i also downloaded a updated version of Itunes. Stilll didnt work. Someone, Please Help.

I recently had this issue when I was set out to restore a vintage iPod. What I did was called up Apple Support on the phone. They were very helpful and without much effort were able to unlock the iPod. I'm sorry that you are having this problem.
