Question about exchange iphone
i bought new iphone Xs Max 256gb on 11/28/2018 in Oregon. I live in WA. Can I exchange this phone into Xs Max 512gb? And if I can, how much I will pay more for the new one?

If you bought it from Apple you are still within the 14 days return period, so you could return it for a refund and buy the 512gb version. If you bought it from a different store check that store's returns policy.
