My iPhone makes no sound
my iphone 6s indicates that there is a headphone in while this is not the case at all. I have tried everything but nothing works.

Try to force restart your iP6s:
Press and hold both the Home and the Power (or Side) buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo. When it appears, release both buttons, wait for your device to restart, then test it.
