Why FaceTime is not available on iPhone X bought from Saudi Arabia and being used outside Saudi Arabia (India) ?

I bought me iPhone X last year from saudi Arabia and using it in India but FaceTime is not available in it. It is working on ios 12. How can I get FaceTime in it.

There is no method to have FaceTime on that iPhone while using it in India. You need an iPhone that was purchased for your region.
