Mac pro 2.1 crashing when a video is played on the browser

I have a mac pro 2.1 with x5365 cpu and an AMD hd 5770 graphics card.I've installed Windows 8.1 64 bit on my old mac pro 2.1 via another pc using an ssd. I installed Windows on the SSD and than i put the SSD into my mac. It works absolutely fine, but when i play an online video using youtube, vimeo; it crashes. On the motherboard two led's light up and it says CPU 0 and CPU 1. I need to restart every time i accidentally open up a video. But you can watch the movies that are downloaded. What do i need to do about it?

Mac Pro, Windows 8

They've already been installed. I think that the problem is with the CPU missing some extensions and technologies like:

SSSE3 / Supplemental Streaming SIMD Extensions 3

SSE4 / SSE4.1 + SSE4.2 / Streaming SIMD Extensions 4

AES / Advanced Encryption Standard instructions

AVX / Advanced Vector Extensions

AVX2 / Advanced Vector Extensions 2.0

BMI / BMI1 + BMI2 / Bit Manipulation instructions

F16C / 16-bit Floating-Point conversion instructions

FMA3 / 3-operand Fused Multiply-Add instructions

EM64T / Extended Memory 64 technology / Intel 64

HT / Hyper-Threading technology

VT-x / Virtualization technology

VT-d / Virtualization for directed I/O

TBT 2.0 / Turbo Boost technology 2.0

TSX / Transactional Synchronization Extensions

Or am i wrong?
