Itunes Error (-12894)

I have an Iphone 8 Plus, and when I am listening to music in my library some songs are not playing and a pop up message that reads:

'The operation could not be completed

An unknown error occured (-12894)'

However, the song plays fine on my laptop through Itunes. Please can someone help me with this issue?

Hi there C.Lukexx,

Thank you for contacting Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it seems when you are trying to listen to Apple Music on your iPhone, you receive an error "The operation could not be completed. Unknown Error Occurred -12894". There are a couple things you can try that may be able to help. I would recommend you read these articles and use them to help troubleshoot the issue.

First, force close the Music app. How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch .
Second, restart your iPhone. Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch .
Third, check to see if there are any updates available. Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch .
