Apple tech says no physical damage but says yes the phones electronic board is not working properly but won’t fix phone? The recall to help customers with faulty apple 7 phones is not helping. Where to go next or whats the next step so that I am treated fairly?

Apple acknowledged that certain iPhone 7 devices have an issue with the logic board. That's the symptom that is covered. Anything else will only be covered if the device is still covered by the limited warranty or an AppleCare+ agreement.
