Sahani ~ There are probably several way to do this, but one is to send the web page URL via email to yourself. You can then view that email on PC. To do this on iPhone, see the section "Share documents from an app (except Files)." here:

Another way is to share from iPhone to the Notes app and then access Notes from PC via iCloud's web interface:
