why is my phone always glitching and sending random emojis to people and signing into different apps and messaging people I don’t talk to.

You do not have a repair ID or Case ID unless you have already made a case with Apple Support. When you go to the link I provided, you click on the link for Genius Bar, then follow the steps to create a support request.
