Please contact iTunes support to complete id log in

I try to complete apple id log in. During choose payment method, I select with none and fill up the form completely. When done to completely the transaction, and error appear with instruction to contact iTunes support. Whats now?

If you haven't already done so you contact iTunes Support as instructed to do (these are user forums, not iTunes Support) :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag (the country where you are, and which is therefore the country on your account)

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
