Concern about series 4
Is Apple Watch series 4 scratch resistant?
If it’s not then apple should do something to improve it
As my Apple Watch is 8 days old has how it has lots of scratches on its screen.

It is scratch resistant, if you are wearing it in an environment where you are prone to scratching, consider getting a scratch protector screen or case and or remove during the activity that might scratch the watch. eBay or Amazon have lots.
I know I remove my watch when I am working on my car and poking around in areas that could scratch the watch
