Mac mini won't come on ask for bootable disk install disk nothing happens changed out mother board and back of mini where power comes in

Clarification questions - you inserted the install DVD and couldn't boot from it? Did you try booting with the option/alt key held down to see if you could select the DVD as the startup disk?
