The only supported source for any software for iOS is the App Store. If you cannot find what you want there, then it simply is not available for iOS. Downloading and installing iOS software from internet sources is not supported and discouraged as it opens your device to the additional installation of unknown malware.

The OP is looking for emojis for macOS not IOS, however he has yet to divulge the nature other than adult.

“Adult emoji” turns up plenty of options in the App Store for iOS so the OP could simply start with whomever develops and releases those for iOS to see if they have any for Mac OS? That’s assuming they got the ones for iOS from the App Store and not some hack/jailbreak or side loading web site.

What do you consider adult emojis? If is is pornographic or obscene or morally repulsive this is not the place to ask.
