Missing "Job Log" Option in Print Dialogue

So, I've noticed since upgrading to Mac OS Mojave, I'm now missing the "Job Log" option in the print dialogue for Finder, Preview, Apple Pages, etc. I've updated my print drivers (i.e. for work, I need this job log function for a Ricoh Lanier MP C5502 and a Ricoh Aficio SP C831DN) and nothing's changed.

For some reason, the only exception to that rule has been if I open the PDF via Google Chrome (not Safari) and print using the "system dialogue," then the option is there. Otherwise, no where to be found.

Maybe that helps:

Terminal:
sudo cupsctl WebInterface=yes
Browser:
http://127.0.0.1:631/printers/yourprinter
Administration -> Set Default Options -> Job Log -> Enable User Code: On
                                                    User Code: Custom
                                                    User Code: xxxx
                Button Set Default Options
Terminal:
sudo cupsctl WebInterface=no

Restart Print System or Reboot.

Similar issue here. After upgrading to Mojave all printer-specific options in the print dialogue are gone in Safari and Preview. In my case the printer is a Sharp MX-2614N, and I need the "Job Handling" option to insert the authentication code. The options are still there in equivalent non-Apple applications, like Acrobat Reader and Chrome, but this issue is really annoying. I tried removing and reinstalling the printer but that did not help.

I am dealing with this same frustration. I print regularly from my preview app and daily require printing from the pdf element or the web. I am not able to authenticate the copy room printer in these programs. Only the Microsoft Office programs I have apps for produce a "Job Handling" option in the print menu. Please help, I am extremely handicapped by my new Mojave OS update, with this printing complication.
