Can you use an ipad pro as a second screen on a MacBook Pro?

I do a lot of traveling and a second screen would come in very handy. Is there a way to utilize an iPad pro as a second screen?

Not that I am aware of. You can, however, travel with an Apple TV which would allow you to use a hotel room TV as a second monitor.

Yes you can. There are a number of products that support that function. The one I have used is called Air Display:

I have tried Duet and it worked as described. Have no experience

with Luna.

Yes you can. I use a piece of software called duet and it works very well for a second screen on my MacBook Pro
