Try force restarting:

Hold both the home and power buttons at the same time until the Apple boot logo appears. No data will be lost.

If the problem continues, try these steps:

Go to Settings > Privacy > Analytics > Analytics Data. If you look through the entries there and there is an app whose name appears frequently in that list, it may be the source of an issue.

You can also try doing a restore from a backup, or if you don't mind losing data, restore to factory settings to eliminate the possibility of third party processes causing restarting issues. Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
