voom format?

Quicktime will not open video from my iphone says it does nnot support voom file type but info says it is quicktime. Whats up with that?

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.1

Are you sure about voom? There is no such sound or video format. That's more frequently associated with VIM a text editor.
