Water Damaged IPhone SE

My iPhone SE landed heavily on a rock and then fell into the sea. It was retrieved from the sea 15 minutes later. The phone is now dead. The red circle in the SIM card slot area tells me it’s water damaged. My worry is that I have a lot of good pictures and videos in the phone that I would like to retrieve. Is there anyway I can retrieve this data with the phone dead?
