iWatch series 4 reboot issue

I just unpackaged my new iWatch 4 and was doing a tour of features. I came across the reserve power function and activated it out of curiosity. Now my iWatch (series 4, 44mm) will not reboot. Any suggestions?

This should help

To turn off Power Reserve:

Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
Wait for your Apple Watch to restart. You might need to charge your Apple Watch first.
