Weird Issues With Cisco Umbrella

My Cisco Umbrella suddenly appeared on my iPad a week ago, and I don't know how to get rid of it. I've tried restarting my iPad, but it doesn't work.

What other solutions should I try?

Why is iOS 14.8 a cauldron of trouble? UI is more sluggish than it's ever been Apps using location--e.g. Google Maps--suddenly reset while using the directions feature Search apps--e.g. Google--either hang, or refresh the page randomly and disruptively. Most data seem to load slower--a network issue as far as I can tell, in both cellular and wifi status. i know 14.8 was out to resolve a security issue. It seems to have created others. any help? thanks
