Muscle waste on wrist due to Apple Watch
Has anyone else had a problem with muscle waste on their wrist where the apple watch sits? I now have a very Hollow spot from less than 12 months wear. I'm very upset and worried.

My watch sits in the normal place behind the wrist bone. And we do have muscle there. And no, I don't wear it too tight and I am not fat. To look at both wrists there is a very noticeable difference.

The watch should not be sitting in an area where there are muscles, but you may have some layer of fat there unless you’re really lean. If the band is persistently too tight it will leave an indentation in the fat layer.
As KiltedTim said, you need to consult with a doctor, as the volunteers on this forum are not qualified to render medical opinions.
You should also consider not wearing the watch until you do speak to a doctor.
You really need to talk to your doctor about this.
