New Apple Pencil stopped working
New 2018 iPad Pro 12.9 and Apple Pencil new pencil stopped working fully charged and displays charge level but it has no response anymore?

I had the same problem.
It turned out the tip was loose.
Once I turned it clockwise until it was tight, it worked again.
Ridiculous that this is even possible.
