How do I rotate the display screen to position the side knob on the top right of the watch? currently it is on left side when I wear it on my left hand.

Just to be clear. You make this change using the "Watch" app on your iPhone

Watch app -> General -> Watch Orientation

X Left Wrist

Right Wrist

Digital Crown on Left Side

X Digital Crown on Right Side

On your iPhone, go to the Watch app. From there, go to My Watch, General>Watch Orientation. Choose the wrist, and then what side for the Digital Crown.
