AirPrint printer not found on my iPad.

My iPad and Epson WF3720 printer are both on the same wireless network along with my Mac. When attempting to print from my iPad I am getting the message "No AirPrint Printers Found". How can I connect my iPad to the printer so that the printer is recognized?
