Quite. I had an elderly lady I support who was mortified by the email, could barely bring herself to tell me about it but was clearly concerned because she did recognize the password it contained. I managed to reassure her about the lies, identify the source of the breach with https://haveibeenpwned.com/ and got her to update all her passwords.

The one I got a few weeks ago had a password in it from the Yahoo hack many years ago! (dead giveaway! - and I forgot all about it!)

I've gotten two of these in the past week or so. I must be either a very naughty boy, or so totally clueless I don't even remember doing any of the things the email claims.
