How do I get rid of www.weknow.ac ?

I've seen this matter addressed before, but the solution presented has not worked for me. I used Malwarebytes but it failed to remove the www.weknow.ac virus or malware, if that's what it is. Specifically, I can't get rid of Bing as my search engine. Could this weknow.ac have been downloaded when I did an Adobe update? Using Chrome, and going to Settings, I see the WeKnow as the default search engine, but to the right where I should be allowed to "edit," or "remove from list," I'm not allowed to. Help is much appreciated. (MacOS Mojave v10.14.1)

I am sorry to say but you have got yourself into a mess. I too had the same mess and I found this on Internet and followed the process step by step and I am now clean, rid of the spyware.

DO NOT download any cleaner software. Any software you download will be at your own risk. The link below as helped me clean my mac without downloading any software or app.
