Activation Lock

There's no bypass or work around for Activation Lock.

Return for a full refund.

You will not be able to use that iPhone unless the original owner releases

the lock with his/her Apple ID & password. Not Apple or anyone.

If the phone is activation locked only the person who enabled Activation Lock can remove it. If you can't contact that person you will never be able to use the phone. Apple cannot help you unlock it.
