my acount is lock.

and i forgot the password of apple id.

and my iphone need password for the icloud.

i phone support of apple and nothing

i have gotten a mail and in the site that i will get instraction how to release it but i didnt get nothing

i am in a loop of instraction and reset password for 3 months

with regard hezy

Enter your Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.

If necessary, there is a contact link.

Apple Support by e-mail or chat Work through the screens to get a chat option.

Or fill out and submit this form. The form is for iTunes, but it will get passed to the ID Support section.
