I keep getting charged on my card randomly from Apple ITunes I haven’t purchased anything how do I get this company to stop STEALING my money ?

Every time I would purchase something it would be two or three dollars more and I canceled my card on this thieving terrible company’s account and for some dumb reason I couldn’t update any games or download any new free apps so it forced me to put another credit card back onto my account... I did this yesterday I have not purchased anything And this ****** company has stolen from me again how do I get my money back and how do I get them to stop stealing from me
