How to contact Apple online support about buying Applecare
I need to have an official Apple response before buying a product (the extended applecare) but I can only find user forums. Living abroad (brazil) I do not have access to an Applestore (only official resellers that cannot help answer me) and I am not sure how to call toll free numbers.
I need an official answer on issues like:
-The apple care sold in my local store, in the website and in third party resellers have a big price difference. How can I know if they will cover my product or my country (on the apple site the legal documents for north-america are different from those in latin america)
-until when can I buy an extended protection? If I order now bt only receive after the 1 year expiration date, will my plan be valid?
-how do I contact an official apple help desk (by email for example)
