Strange question: How to disable the burn option.

I share my i-tunes at work with some co-workers. They can listen to my itunes but I don't want them to be able to burn cd's from my collection. Is there a way to block that option or disable it?

Thanks in advance.

Looks like I didn't explain my self properly. Sorry for that. With sharing, I mean they can use my computer (in the store)when I am not there. But since I bought all the cd's fair and square I do not want them to burn cd's for themselves. If they like the music i've put on itunes, they should go to the store and buy the cd's just like everybody else (who is honest).

So can I disable the burn option or not?

Ah I see, yes, a completely different issue. As far as I know there is no way to disable burning from within iTunes. But perhaps you can do something in the windows environment to disable the burner or even put a small switch mounted on the case somewhere where you can literally cut the power to the internal burner?
