Dictionary History

I use the dictionary widget everyday. I love the fact that there is a history feature. (the tiny yellow arrow on the top left). What I like to do, after about a week or two is go through all the words I looked up, and write them down, to learn. However, I always seem to end up restarting my iBook, which seems to result in loss of history. I am sure that all the words i have looked up, must be stored somewhere, hidden in some code. My question is, I need to find these searches. It has been the 10th time now, I am restarting my computer by mistake, and forgetting about the dictionary, and writing down all those words. How do I do this, help.

PS, if it involves going through some code, explain well, or i won't understand it. Not experienced in this.

Thanks

Unfortunately ! Has I'm sure you know if you've looked-up Dictionary-Help It can't be done. That is once closed it loses all info.
But what I will suggest is since you use Widgets Dic, you might also want to open Stickies at the same time & type the words you're looking for to save to Stickies.

Even better you'll find 2006 WorldBook in the App's folder at top, double-clicking onit will open it's folder. Then you can do 1 of 2 things double-click on WorldBook icon, or double-click on it's dictionary. Double-clicking on Worldbook still gives you the opportunity to open Diconary from the open screen. Once opened you'll notice that you'll have Sticky-note & Highlighter to save words most important to You. Hope this helps.
