Extremely slow downloads of TV shows and music videos
What a heck is going on?!!!
Emails to Apple support resulted in generic, ** *sht reply that I should have a broadband connection to download from iTunes Store, regardless the fact that I clearly explained in my emails that I have broadband cable connection and downloading for example 100MB file from Apple Support Downloads server takes me under 6 minutes. Subsequent emails with more explanations and speed tests results showing my connection's download at 1.94 MB/s resulted in reply "Sorry, we cannot help you as we are only dealing with basic iTunes support".
What a crap it is?!!!!
Anyone with the same problem? Anyone with a solution?
