Auditioning Apple Loops...

Does anyone know if there's a way to audition Apple Loops on a specific audio or audio instrument track? I'd like to audition the loop as it would be affected by the instrument, bus, or output and not just the raw loop. Anyone know if this is possible?

Dual 2.7Ghz G5, Mac OS X (10.4.8), Logic 7.1, MOTU Traveller, Novation Remote25, 2.5GB of RAM, Spectrasonics Suite

To the best of my knowledge, you have to include it in the song before it gets effected. It is ironic because if you audition a drum sample in Ultrabeat before you import it to the sequencer, it will audition with all the LFO's and flters, envelope settings, etc...that are on the auditioned channel.

Something else I realized. If you use anything other than 1/2 outputs on your AD/DA converter for monitoring the mix (I use 11/12), Apple loops will play through 1/2 only while the song is playing so I don't hear it, but if you stop the song and audition a loop it plays through 11/12's outputs
