Video Freezing on Transfered TV Programs

I am using Tivo Desktop + to transfer and convert shows to MP4. After the conversion, I can add them to my library and view in itunes. I transfer them to my ipod, but only the first show can be seen. The remainder of the shows Freeze unit. I have removed all shows and re installed one at a time, but only the first loaded show plays. Any Help??
