bought an Ipod from China

I bought an IPod from China via ebay, having a lot of problems with it. I do not know what model (thought it was a 1g Nano. It has MP4/AMV/REC/FM. What model is this? Also I can not get my computer to recognize the Ipod as a hard drive, any suggustions?

If it has a built in FM radio then it's not a genuine Apple iPod. I'm afraid it sounds like you've bought something else. This page will show you all the iPod models, if it's not one of these but it's labelled as an iPod then it's counterfeit: Identifying different iPod models

I am having trouble haveing my ipod being recognized on my computer. Any idea on how to fix that?

Since it is not an iPod, you should go to the manufacturer (which is not Apple).

If you are interested in getting help returning the MP3 player from e-bay, give the auction number in your reply and I'll take a look to see what you bought and what options are open to you. Did you pay via paypal? If item is fake you can get money back from e-bay but let me look first.
