Looks like an issue with mod_jk...

Check to make sure the Apache module it's looking for is actually present at /usr/libexec/httpd/mod jkfm.so

Then, I'd check to make sure you don't have a conflict with the standard Apache mod_jk. Go to ServerAdmin, Web, Settings, Modules and see if the mod_jk module is checked? Maybe also look for the mod jkfm there as well. If the non-fm one is enabled, try disabling it, and run configtest again.

/usr/libexec/httpd/mod jkfm.so = this is present

the jk_module wasn't checked = so ±I checked it, saved and attempted to start services = but no go 😟

and I could not see the mod jkfm within the modules

I cant be the only person to have come across this... would you recommend posting the message with another forum or reposting with a different heading ?

Thanks for your help by the way

You don't need the Apple mod_jk and the FileMaker one should not be visible, so everything there appears to be in order.

Your problem is with the FM included mod jkfm plugin. Are you SURE you're running FileMaker Pro Server Advanced 8.0v4? (the v4 is the important bit!)

The only place that I personally look to for FileMaker assistance is the FSA Talk mailing list. FSA = FIleMaker Solutions Alliance and it's a paid membership.
