What does "album only" mean??

When you buy an album from itunes and the last song says "album only" under the price, does that mean you have to actually buy the cd from a store to get that song? Or does it download the song if you buy the whole album?

Yes. The Album Only indicator means that the individual tracks are not for sale separately.
