What's the Default URL for Apache's "Welcome" Page?

I hired someone to set up MySQL, phpMyAdmin and virtual hosts on my MacBook Pro, and they made a mess of things. Now I'm trying to get back to square one before I try and fix it.

So, can someone tell me that the default URL for Apache's welcome page is? I thought it might be http://localhost/ However, when I type in that URL, I get the home page of a website located at Users/MyName/Sites/Geobop. (I get the same page when I type in http://Geobop/

When I delete all my virtual hosts, the following displays at both http://localhost/ and http://Geobop/:
Index of /

Name Last modified Size Description

[DIR] Parent Directory 13-Mar-2007 15:49 -
[ ] index.php 06-Oct-2006 15:36 1k
[ ] php5.fcgi 06-Oct-2006 18:18 1k
[ ] phpMyAdmin-2.9.0.2.tar 06-Oct-2006 17:44 11.4M
[ ] phpinfo.php 06-Oct-2006 15:20 1k
[ ] phpinfo.php5 06-Oct-2006 18:20 1k

Apache/1.3.33 Server at localhost Port 80
So, again, I'd like to know where Apache's Welcome page is SUPPOSED to preview.

Thanks for the tip. Now, do you have any idea how I can find out where Apache's default page has been changed to? It sounds like the person who set this up for me modified it, and I don't have a clue what he did.

Below are a couple examples of the virtual hosts he set up. The first one previews at both http://Geobop/ and http://localhost/

Thanks!

<VirtualHost 127.0.0.1:80>
ServerName geobop
ServerAdmin webmaster@MYSITE.org
DocumentRoot /Users/MYNAME/Sites/Geobop
</VirtualHost>

<VirtualHost 127.0.0.1:80>
ServerName gw
# ServerAlias gw *.gw
DocumentRoot /Users/MYNAME/Sites/GW
</VirtualHost>
