Deselect All Keyboard Short Cut

Is there a key command in Mac OS X Panther to deselect all, the opposite of Command A.

Command Shift A would seen logical but it opens the Applications folder.

Thanks, that's all I wanted to know. There is no Keyboard short cut to deselect all in the Finder.

The idea came from Adobe Bridge where there is Select All and Deselect All under the Edit menu. And it is Command A and Command Shift A.

I am not sure of the locale in which you are working. However, if you are in a Finder window, Command + A will select all the icons. If you click on the window it will deselect all. However, Command + Shift + A will open the Applications folder window in Finder, even if there were no Finder widows open. Command + Shift + H will open the Home folder. It is probably as easy to click on Finder window to deselect as to do a keyboard command if one was available and known.

I have not had time to research it further, but if I come across a keyboard command to deselect all I will post it here.
