Setting password for lock screen

I would like to be able to set a password for lock screen so that I may quickly lock my child's computer. I want it to be a password only for this function as I want her to be able to log on and do everything else. My wife and I just need the ability, to say no computer at certain times.

Open the System Prefences. Under Security you have several options.
The option for this what you want is: "Require password to wake this Computer from sleep or screensaver"

The problem is that I want her computer to sleep when not used. So I would need to be around whenever that happens, for her to use it. Basically I need to lock and unlock at will. So I figured if there was a way to lock screen with my password that would remedy the situation.
