Error 4261 when burning a cd

I get an error 4261 whenever I try to burn a cd, I updated to the latest version last night, below is the cd diagnostic any help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

The last failed audio CD burn had error code 4261(0x000010a5). It happened on drive D: HL-DT-ST DVD+-RW GWA4164B on CDR media at speed 16X.

I too have been having the same error for 2 months now and haven't been able to solve the problem either!! Not only does iTunes give that error, but all other cd burning applications are down. Help me too!

i took a look at the download page for your 4700. just doublechecking ... do you have the latest firmware on that DVD drive? (note that Dell identifies it as an HLDS rather than the HL-DT-ST.)

i see updates available for your video drivers too. are you up to date on those?

okay, at the HP download page for your Pavilion, i can see firmware for your DVD writer, and an update for systems running iTunes. are you up to date on those?
