Charset in Perl / Apache

Hi

I have three installs of a cgi site, Linux, OSX and IIS

Linux and IIS behaves similary when it comes to displaying character sets, but OSX treats this differently and displays / handles characters wrong.

Perl and Apache is used on the OSX server to run the CGI scripts.

Is it possible to change the encoding in Perl or Apache to correct this?

Apache and/or Perl is the only parameters i can think of that could affect how characters are displayed.

Since the IIS and Linux is presented the exact same scripts and does not have the problem i rule out that its the scripts that needs changeing.

What can i do to isolate the problem and is it correctable?
