Apple Help Desk Certification?

Didn't really know where to post this. Anyone here apple certified for help desk? Did it help you any and does Apple send you anything? Haven't posted this in this forum in a couple of years.....Douglas, Duane and vDog still post here? They were the ones who always answered questions correctly for me.......:)
