Emails include ATT20019257.htm attachment...

All emails sent from Mail include an ATT20019277.htm attachment for reasons unknown to me. I searched Google and couldn't find a fix. It's driving me mad and people who receive my emails are getting frustrated.

Has anyone else experienced this annoyance and know how to prevent the attachment from showing up?

Thank you in advance,
Eddie

Welcome to the discussions, eddiek. It generally helps people to help you if you update yoour profile to include your machine and OS versions.

What is in ATT20019277.htm?

Is this a new "feature" or was it always like that?

Are you using SMTP/.mac/something else?

What way is Preferences/Composing/Message Format set?

What have you under Preferences/Signatures?

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you - for some reason I did not receive the usual email notification of your posts. I hope you had a good holiday!

Unless you really need formatted mail, I would recommend switching to plain text, and setting the font in your signature to "always use the default message font".

I think you will find this will re-integrate your signature with the body of your message.
